The Power of Intuition
The heart of Flow State Coaching and Consulting is to establish a meaningful connection with you. Regardless of the difficulty you or your child may be facing, I'm here to walk alongside you in pursuit of a more regulated and fulfilled existence in this lifetime. Across all my services, I integrate elements of my training in psychology to develop a targeted approach that harnesses the unique gifts found deep within each of us and to alleviate any imbalances and promote a state of inner peace.

Although intuition is often thought of as a universal characteristic, I believe that some individuals possess a higher degree of intuitive qualities than most, which makes them more perceptive to their experiences and surroundings.

Intuitive Coaching
I offer personal intuitive coaching sessions for children and adults to begin exploring their intuitive traits and qualities. Not only is this process rooted in self-discovery, but is an opportunity to cultivate a deep sense of safety within yourself. I utilize a strengths-based approach to harness your intuitive qualities in order to facilitate a profound sense of healing.
Is your child struggling in school?
As our children continue to recover from the age of online learning, our schools are more overburdened than ever before. Whether your child is having difficulties academically, socially, or emotionally, I'm here to help you navigate the often complicated process of advocating for your child at school. As parents, you know your child best and if you feel something is "off" at your child's school, it likely is. We can collaboratively identify ways to support your child in school and develop a plan to share with the school team.
School Consultation Services
Given my extensive training in School Psychology, I offer school consultation services to help advocate for your child's individualized educational and mental health needs. Our schools continue to evolve in how to meet the diverse needs of children and youth and often times you need someone who can speak both languages, especially for highly intuitive children. That's where I come in. I partner with families to help advocate for their child's best interest at school and work alongside their educational staff to ensure their unique needs are met.
